How we work with agencies

Your name on the work. Our engineering behind it.

White-label development

We can work under your brand. Your client deals with your agency, and our name needs to appear nowhere.

No client poaching

Your client relationship stays yours. We don't approach or pitch to your clients, during a project or after it, and we only talk to them when you ask us to.

Confidential delivery

Non-public information about your agency and your clients is kept confidential and used only to deliver the work (terms, section 13).

Small assignments welcome

A broken integration, a stubborn bug, a form that stopped sending: small, clearly scoped fixes are €150 flat.

Larger projects, quoted individually

Custom software, booking platforms and specialist engineering are quoted per project, in a written Scope of Work with a fixed price.

Clear ownership and handover

Once you have paid in full, the rights in work made specifically for the project are assigned to you (terms, section 12), ready to pass on. Every job ends with a documented handover.

What we take on

From one stubborn bug to a complete platform.

Custom development
Web applications, client portals and internal tools that templates and plugins can’t handle.
Integrations
Websites connected to CRMs, booking systems, spreadsheets and third-party APIs.
Debugging
Forms that stop sending, plugin conflicts, JavaScript errors, mobile layout faults and slow pages.
Booking platforms
Multi-staff scheduling, resources and live availability, engineered rather than bolted on.
AI automation
Drafting, summarising and sorting built into a workflow, with a person in control of the output.
Structured data and AI search
Semantic HTML and Schema.org JSON-LD, so search engines and AI assistants read your clients' sites correctly.

Built, not just promised

Not a template. Real application engineering.

GlowUpSync's owner calendar: a week view with each stylist's appointments, patch-test and formula notes GlowUpSync on a phone: a customer choosing a time with their chosen stylist

Our product

GlowUpSync

Salon booking and management software, designed and engineered by We AI Anything. The public demonstration is the real application, running a fictional salon.

  • Multi-staff booking with live availability, including "any available stylist"
  • Day and week calendars, working hours and time off for every stylist
  • Treatment rooms reserved with the stylist, and chair hire for visiting professionals
  • Separate customer, stylist and owner interfaces, on phone and desktop
  • Service workflows: approval requests with photos, consultations, patch-test and colour-formula records
  • Time slots held while a customer books, so a time is never double-booked

The demonstration uses fictional people and bookings, takes no payments, sends no email and resets every night.

How projects work

Four steps. No surprises.

  1. Send the brief

Tell us what your client needs: a spec, designs or a rough outline. Say if it's white-label.

  2. Agree the scope

Clear deliverables, a fixed price and the estimated timing, in writing, before anything starts.

  3. Engineering and testing

Professional implementation, security considerations and verification against the agreed scope.

  4. Delivery and handover

Working software, documentation and ownership as agreed, ready for you to present to your client.

If a job turns out bigger than agreed, we stop, explain what we found and quote before doing more.

Questions agencies ask

Straight answers.

Can you work under our brand?

Yes. We can work white-label: your client deals with your agency, and our name doesn't need to appear on the work or in anything your client sees.

Will you contact our client?

Only if you ask us to. We don't approach or pitch to your clients, during a project or after it. The client relationship is yours.

Who owns the code?

Once you have paid in full, we assign to you the intellectual property rights we own in work created specifically for the project, excluding our pre-existing tools, reusable components and third-party materials, which are licensed so the work can be used and modified. Our terms, section 12, set this out.

How do you price agency work?

Small, clearly defined fixes are €150 flat: one issue, up to two hours of work. Everything else is quoted per project in a written Scope of Work with a fixed price, after a free diagnostic. Prices are in euro; we're not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

What do you need to get started?

A short technical brief: what needs building or fixing, the platform or systems involved, and any deadline. We reply within one working day.
